Working on clothing can be very time consuming for characters. If done inside of a sculpting program such as Zbrush, it usually involves somehow extracting parts of the mesh and sculpting things into how you want them to look. However, there are some other ways of achieving even better results.
Maya nCloth can simulate these kind of effects, but I’ve found that working with Marvelous Designer can really make for a simple and fast workflow. I’m trying to get a better grasp of the program so that I might be able to better use it for any projects.
I’ve also added a ton of old content to the bottom of my portfolio, which can be found here. It includes the first game I created, along with several 2D/3D works from when I was in college.
